I've been a member for over 5 years now and I've been paying way more then most people I know, because that was my contract. Two months ago I finally had enough and talked to one of the managers at the Santee branch and he told me he was going to give me a fee reduction of about $13, he told me the reduction would not show up till the following month, I was not thrilled by this since I talked to him almost a whole billing cycle before by next dues were due. Well it's been two billing cycles now and my fees have not been adjusted.
I'm so annoyed with this 24hr fitness processing system.....I had a similar problem about 9 months ago at the Hillcrest branch when I had to freeze my membership for 6 months because I was going to be out of the country. The processing cycle took 3 MONTHS!!!! WHAT THE HELL??? So now it's happening again. I'm so annoyed and fed up with their business ethics!!!
