Jim was a pleasure to work with. He called me in the evening within minutes of my submitting a request on ServiceMagic and set up an appointment for the next day. He was honest and straightforward, quickly analyzing the causes of the water leaks and giving me a reasonable estimate of repair costs. He did the work the next business day, and in the process discovered two unforeseeable complications that increased the labor time somewhat, but he got approval from me before continuing. Three sources of leaks were detected and resolved, and a master shut-off was added to he sprinkler system. I am very happy with the result.

RMB has been responsive in communication and reasonable in their quote and negotiation. We have agreed to do our room addition with them, but we're only in the design phase so we can't give a complete rating yet. So far, so good though! They beat out another contractor provided from Service Magic. Not only on price, but by engaging in better communication about our needs and concerns.

This store has good prices on furniture. I've bought living room and dining room furniture from them and I am very happy with the furniture. They have sales all the time. The only thing that I did not like was the wait for my furniture. They get their shipments into Los Angeles and have to pick them up there, and there was a problem with my furniture coming in on time, and they didn't pick it up, and another store picked it up first, so I had to wait. Other than that, I have been pleased with my purchases.

This particular Home Depot is HUGE. You get the impression of anything you want, right when you want it when walking into this store. The help is great, and they obviously know what they are talking about. The Staff is extremely helpful in making sure you find what you are looking for. They are also very knowledgable about questions or concerns you might have on certain things.

Lowes is definitely better than Home Depot. Lowes offers a beautiful selection of anything you're looking for in your home or garden. Everytime I go in, there is always a smiling staff member ready and eager to assist me.
Just last week I was in shopping for flowers for my garden and was having difficulty with a decision. A helpful associate took the time to discuss with me the pros and cons of what I was choosing and definitely helped me make the correct decision.

You don't know what you will find- different things each time. The prices are good, and there are lots of deals to be had. It is not the brightest or most organized store, but it is not too bad. Look in the penneysave for their ads, sometimes there is a coupon in there ad. They do not take coupons except for their own. They carry househols, clothing, grocery, toys, office, and a lot more. The checkers are friendly.

A few years ago we had a flood in our house that needed the carpets taken out and the floors dried for days. Floodbusters came with their huge blowers and left them there for days. No one came to check on them or turn them off. At the end of the week, our insurance company received a HUGE bill. The adjuster said it was outrageous what they had charged and that they would not be paying it.
Overcharging insurance companies is fraudulent. I would not recommend this company.
