I have gone to this gym on and off for the past 6 years and find that it has a good selection of equipment, friendly staff, and most of the members are friendly as well. The weight room has enough free weights to keep you busy during the day or morning but at night the room gets so crowded that you end up working in with another member or waiting. The mens locker room is small but adequate, with shower facilities and lockers. The price is moderately high for this facility but if you get the pass for all of the facilities you can use another when you travel and most other ones are better.
