24 Hour Bath replaced my nasty old shower stall with new wall surrounds, a shower base, a ceiling panel, and other accessories with a River Rock design for an excellent price. This bathroom suffered constantly from mold, mildew, soap scum, calcium and lime deposits due to poor ventilation: an old exhaust fan and no windows; and of course, my laziness (lol). Now, thanks to 24 Hour Bath, it is VERY EASY TO CLEAN, even for a lazy guy like me! The material is so non-porous that the water beads up and I just get a clean rag to quickly wipe the surfaces dry after taking a shower. Although 24 Hour Bath provides you a list of mild cleansers, the best one on that list is simply dishwashing detergent, and I just use it once a week. I am writing this review in November, so it gets cold inside my house. I dreaded stepping into my nasty old shower stall in the morning because the base and the tile walls were just freezing. Now, the new walls and the base actually feel warmer, even when I take a shower in the middle of the night. The new shower base is smooth, but doesn't get slippery. I feel like I am taking a shower at a luxury hotel everytime! My whole experience with 24 Hour Bath has been completely wonderful. Kudos to Everyone at 24 Hour Bath! Mary Jo, Lisa, Brian, and Dwayne are friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. Lisa would call us at every step of the remodel process. Brian gave us a no-nonsense quote with the itemized price of everything broken down. Dwayne worked efficiently and effectively to install my new shower perfectly and quickly. Mary Jo followed up with me after the project was finished. My shower was remodeled on October 16th and 17th, and I have been loving it ever since. more

24 Hour Bath put in a drop-in tub and the wall covering that looks like tile. The people were knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing. They handled their job very well. Everything turned out perfect. It looks very good. I would use them again if I had another project and I recommend them. You'll be well satisfied with them. more

I recently used 24 Hour Bath, Inc. for the second time because they did so great the first! I have a triplex in Costa Mesa. On this job, they had to do some plumbing, and did all of it well while going above and beyond. He even came on a Saturday to finish up a couple things that he didn't even have to do! more

24 Hour Bath installed the bath walls in the bathtub and a stainless steel kitchen sink. Everything is fine, so far. We've had no problems so far. more

I saw their ad in the clipper magazine and decided to give them a call. The salesman came out and he was very good and efficient. We decided to go ahead with it. They ran into a problem with the concrete, so it took them two days to do it, but I understood. They did their best. We are very pleased with the product. more

overall everything was great, although the salesman spent several hours talking when everything could have been wrapped up in an hour or less. There were things he claimed to know about, but didn't really know. Also he did not write things down correctly on the contract, which ran into miscommunication down the line, but in the end everything was eventually resolved. We replace the bath room wall with 24 Hour Bath. After call to the office for appointment, Lisa send us a confirmation e-mail with picture of person who come to our home. He brought the pictures showed us in IPAD how it looks like and material well explaned. The day of replacement of the bath wall, arrived on time, he worked nonstop untill 8 PM and finished his work. Bath room changed very nice! After the work 24 hour bath followed up with e-mail. It was a great experience. I will definately ask again if we need bath room job. Thank you again. more

Disappointed that the towel bar as discussed during the sales presentation was missed in the written contract. Hence, no towel bar was installed since we didn't want to pay extra for it. The removal of the existing shower/bath was completed and coordinated with a professional termite inspection of the exposed areas. Damaged structure work was repaired with building materials on hand provided by owner, saving workers from going to lumber yard. The installation was done with workers asking questions about our preference for height and placement of shower head and utility shelf. Upon completion, various forms were signed and explained. Work crew was diligent in cleanup of both inside and outside the home. more
