Went to this dealership to make sure my mom didn’t come home with something not worth buying. Happy to say that was not the case. I live in the New York City area, Far Rockaway to be exact. A family friend purchased their car at this dealership and recommended it to me when he found out I was looking to buy a car, a NICE car! Hesitant to drive to another state to check out a place was kind of out of the question... until I checked out their website and their inventory. I wouldn't usually write a review but since im very happy with my car and my experience with this place so i figured it was the least i could do to show my appreciation. I live about 3hours and a half away from the dealership so I called in ahead before just showing up since i only wanted a 328 in white! I spoke with Stephanie and she checked and made sure it was still up for sale. After I made an appointment she even emailed me the directions. i already told my friends about this dealer and if i ever decide to buy another car i will definitely go back. more

21 Century is the first dealership I have entered and felt like everything worked out so smoothly and in the best way possible. I called the dealership after reviewing their website and finding a vehicle that I thought was the perfect selection for myself and my needs. I needed something reliable, easy on gas and worth the price. My sales representative was straight to the point and didn't try and sell me anything outside of my price range or with qualities that didn't benefit me. From the very first moment after spending a few minutes speaking with the sales rep, I knew he was someone that could help me find exactly what I needed and show me the vehicle that interested me. I test drove several cars and they were in such great condition. I asked for the vehicle history and they didn't even procrastinate, they actually seemed happy to provide it and any other information I was curious about. I walked out of 21 Century with a signed contract, a new vehicle and traded in my truck. 21 Century was not only the best dealership to purchase from but also the first one to offer me top penny for my Toyota SUV. I would recommend this dealership over and over again! The staff is helpful, professional and accommodated all of my schedule needs. Diego was my sales representative, I was referred to him by a friend that purchased here and was so happy with the service and help Diego provided. I purchased a 2009 MB C300 and to this day feel completely satisfied with my purchase. The dealership itself looks so nice and very organized and clean. Beautiful fish tanks and the cars they have are crazy beautiful. I found the staff at this dealership to be very polite and very helpful. It was my first time car shopping and I didn't really know what I was looking for except for a 4 door reliable family car. I came to this dealership with my daughter and my mother and the young ladies set us up with a salesman right away. Not really knowing exactly what I was looking for, I really needed someone to be patient and helpful throughout our visit. Gus was exactly that. He helped us find the perfect car. It had all of the major qualities I wanted our family vehicle to have and the year and mileage was fantastic. I grew up in TN so my father taught me the basics of a great car but what I wasn't too familiar with came to prices and brands. Along with Gus, we compared the same vehicle with other places who had something similar/ same brand/ ~ miles, and I couldn't believe how much more the cost at other dealerships was. SCAM!!!!! 25% Dealer Prep. Stay AWAY. Purchased a 2007 MZD S550, nothing but problems. Front end, tires, no spare tire, no cell phone. I had to go back a number of times just to get the spare tire (which their super idiot service guy told me they come with spar tires), front end undercarriage was damaged from what who knows, the agreed to fix it but after getting it back and taking it to a MZD shop I told him it still shook. It turns out they never tighten up all the bolts and didn't replace the other side. In addition, the brakes were bad, I stood there while he removed them and they were shot. Pads and rotors. So, $3,300 later I am just getting to use a car I purchased in December 2013. I am so disappointed because the first car buying experience there was a good one. I tell everyone talking about a car purchase NOT to go here and I am thinking maybe a full page ad in the Sunday paper might not be such a bad idea. They tell you we have a 169 or whatever it is check list before any car see the showroom. Um, mine was missing the cell phone, spare tire, tools for changing tire, they left garbage in the trunk. I can not say enough bad things about this experience. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! more

recently purchased my 2nd car from 21st Century Auto Group and continue to be completely satisfied with the buying and service experience. This purchase involved trading my 2004 BMW 335i for a 2010 BMW 7 series. I worked with Diego and Joe to negotiate what I believe was a fair and reasonable offer for my trade-in after thoroughly researching and appraising its value on-line through multiple sources. Diego and Joe are not only competent professionals but also a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive throughout the whole car buying experience. I would highly recommend them and 21st Century Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Further, since my first BMW purchase from the 21st Century Auto dealership in 2007, I have had all my cars serviced there. Greg and his 21st Century Auto Group staff have always resolved every issue that has arisen and are always on top of every scheduled maintenance need. Greg & Sam are very customer friendly and technically savvy and thoroughly explains every maintenance action before and after the service. I have owned many cars over the years and NONE have come close to the power and handling of a 3-series or 7-series BMW. I used to stress over the whole car buying and service experience but not anymore---the 21st Century Auto Group folks are not only true professionals but they are very friendly, responsive and helpful . BTW, I am THRILLED with the 7-series power, handling and luxury features in case you can't tell!! more

Every question or concern I had was taken care of and addressed appropriately and quickly. I drove from upstate New York with my parents to the dealership and although very hesitant for it to be a waste of time, this dealership DID NOT disappoint us. Like most people, I had expectations as to how I wanted the car transaction to go and the sales rep met them. I had researched on the computer the type of vehicle I was looking for and this dealership had the best price, so after the long trip, my father looked at the car, and we both agreed it would be a great move to make so we purchased here. I brought a 06 Land Rover Range Rover HSE Sport and Im loving it. Everyone at 21 Century was very nice..When I came in they were out of Range Rover Sports, But that didn't stop the people at 21 Century, they look around for one and they actually found a 06 Ranger Rover in very good condition and also in my price range...I want to thank 21 Century for giving me my Dream SUV.. My family and I live not too far from this dealership and we often see cars driving around with this dealership logo on their plates, figured we would go check it out and see what they had. Last week, we went to Century to see some of the SUV’s I had seen on their website. Rudolf our sales assistant, greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered his help. We specified what vehicle we were interested in and he helped us right along. After looking at a few SUV’s (including the one we originally had our eyes on) We saw a 2008 PORSCHE CAYENNE we really liked and felt suited our needs the best. After a test drive and looking at information on the carfax, we decided this would be the car we would go with. Rudolf, took his time to explain everything I needed to know about the car and its warranty and specifics. He treated us with respect and did not rush us to look at other options or set up any packages. Everyone at Century was really polite and there were quite a bit of people shopping around. This was a great experience and we recommend this place to family, co workers and friends. more

I hoped my experience with this dealership would be a pleasant one and indeed it was. My salesman was on point and answered all of my questions. The prices on the cars are good too and since I purchased my car, I couldn’t be happier. I drive a long way from college in upstate NY to home in NJ (~6hr ride) and I needed something reliable. I have to admit that purchasing a car at 21 century, with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. Our salesperson Aaron took his time with us and was patient, to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. Ready for a nice family car...it was time to shop around!!!I love to shop BUT car shopping can get so stressful when you deal with the wrong people. The car I would be getting needed to be a family vehicle. As a teenager, everyone had a dream car, mine was a sports car but I guess after having children, it gets difficult to fit a car seat into the back of a sports car so, I wanted a nice SUV or crossover. Ive always liked the older Infiniti QX56, it has great room and its definatly a nice car for a family, I feel the newer one looks a little too rounded in the front, like a marshmellow haha! We went car shopping together, that includes my husband, my son and daughter and of course, myself. Car shopping with children can sometimes be aggrivating on its own but it all depends on the the customer service they have as well. Once in 21st Century, a sales rep came over and quickly offered his assistance. My children were asked if they wanted something to drink and to my astonishment spent most of the time sipping on sodas while playing video games on the comfy couches they have all over the place. My husband and I walked around with Earnest and inspected a car that would fit our budget and our accomodations. When I expressed to Earnest that my dream vehicle would be a QX56, he brought us over to an area where a gray 2005 Infiniti QX56 was located...it was beautiful and best...THE PRICE WAS AMAZING! To wrap this up, we purchased the truck and couldnt be any happier!!! The price was excellent and although it's not a brand new SUV, it is in amazing condition. 21st Century Auto Group has Great customer service, patient individuals, plenty of different cars and best of all...if you get the right rep, he will work with you on the price!!! Cant complain about this place, the ppl are very friendly and willing to look for something within your budget. Unfortunally the vehicle i wanted was sold before i got there but my salesperson david was able to find me a car within the price i was looking for. more
