This True Value store is located close to my neighborhood. It's a great place to go get your small home improvement product needs. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. They have a nice selection of paints & supplies, gardening, tools, basically all small scale home items. They also have nice landscaping supplies (which they will deliver) and plants. Prices are reasonable.
