I went in yesterday for a pedicure and it was the worst one I have gotten for such a ridiculously high price for this kind of place/service. I think they try to market themselves as a nicer day spa, but it is basically just the same (or worse) as the dime-a-dozen nail spas on every block in the city, but w/a higher price tag and for nothing! The technician was unskilled, unprofessional and uninterested, and the end result was mediocre. I could have done a much better job myself and saved $$. Very disappointing.
Pros: quick, no frills
Cons: expensive, poor service, poor quality
