My husband and I were looking for bikes and after pricing at Dick’s we checked out Renaissance, a local bike shop in Plainville. The staff was young (the owner’s son I believe) and tried to sell us basically the one brand of bike they had there in different styles (not a big selection at all). He was trying to push the customer service of his store is best and I’m not sure if it’s worth another $200 over the price we were quoted at a department store.
