I just wanted to thank you & your company for all the improvements that has been done here. When I moved here this place was a drug haven & the laundry room was used as the drug dealers office, it was so bad I wouldn't go out after dark. Since your company has taken over the complex not only has the appearance been drastically improved, but all the movement that was going on at night has ceased. And now with the laundry room being revamped I am very pleased with all the hard work that has been done here. Also, our manager Arlene has been very professional in her position here, and I hope she stays here for a very long time.
Thanks again for making Seminole Ridge a decent place to live. Respectfully
