Businiess name:  Couva Calypso Cafe Belle Meade
Review by:  Alex F.
Review content:
This Calypso (rotisserie chicken is their house specialty, with sort of a Caribbean feel to the joint) is good, but it's not as good as the location on Thompson Lane. The service is actually better than Thompson Lane, but the fruit tea often lacks the same quality as the other store and because they haven't been around for as long and they are different owners they haven't quite dotted all their i's and crossed all their t's, but they are definitely getting there. It's only crowded at this location around lunch, so it's a great place to go for a quiet dinner if you are looking for something low key and cheap. Would highly recommend it over the Elliston Place location, which seems to be preputually busy and nearly impossible to find a table at times.
