My wife and I were recently shopping for two leather couches for our living room. After shopping at several Knoxville furniture outlets, we found what we liked at Brown Squirrel.
We purchased the furniture and Brown Squirrel was really able to follow-through and make sure we were completely happy with the purchasing experience. We even received a phone call a few days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This experience leads us to believe that future purchases from Brown Squirrel will have a lower risk of unmet expectations.
Their show floor is gigantic which allows both plenty of furniture and ample space to navigate without feeling crowded. Their warehouse is also large, so most items we inquired about were in also in stock.
The value of the merchandise and the quality of service we received was well above average and I would highly recommend any Knoxville furniture shopper to take a look at their inventory.
