Good: I like the professionalism of the staff. Front to back, this shop cares and it shows. The sales team spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. In fact, the first time I came here about 4 years ago they saved me over $700 because they were able to confirm that work I had recommended from another shop wasn't necessary. That's just it, they are honest and straight forward. I'm not looking for the cheapest place in town because you get what you pay for in those situations.. Bad: The only thing I really didn't care for is the fact that I wasn't made aware up front that loaner cars were available. Instead I ended up taking a courtesy ride back to my office from their shuttle. On most days that would have been fine but I needed transportation when they had my car. This is a very small oversight and it really isn't that big of a deal. I now know what is available and have taken advantage of this benefit many times.. Improvements: Would be great to have a vending machine with snacks. There is great coffee available but no snack food options to compliment it. Again, this is minor but since you asked I believe it may be important enough to note. Also, I like the fact that you wash my car but would appreciate the option of receiving an immediate wash or a voucher for a future wash.. Other: I find it comical how certain people can come on here and think they might draw attention away from Community Auto by leaving reviews that suggest this place is dishonest. While nobody is perfect, I can absolutely assure you that the people at Community Auto are as honest and up front as I've ever experienced. People here should take those obvious attacks exactly for what they are, a ploy to turn you against this shop. I wouldn't be surprised if their competitors are authoring them out of fear..
