Fix the order status. Says it is at store in stock. Store has no idea. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sold my already purchased order from a week ago when I called in 5 minutes for more than I paid online to another customer. I will NEVER shop at Ace Hardware again. I will be SURE to tell all of my friends about the greedy nature of this company. Will shop at Do It Best in Deer Park instead. Have ordered online before with them and had no problems. Had to buy a snow rake from another store so my porch would'nt fall down. Thanks ACE in Deer Park. YOU SUCK!! BTW STILL have NOT received an Email a phone call or anything from ACE about this purchase. Nor have I received the product I paid for 9 days ago.
