My experience on three occasions with this business was they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and very helpful. Unlike some other jewelry stores I have visited lately, the people there including the owner seem like they are genuinely interested in helping their customers. They did an excellent job on repairing a couple of rings for us and offered very reputable advice on how it should be done. An excellent inventory with affordable prices for quality merchandise. In my opinion, they are as good as it gets and worth the drive since I don't live in Lexington.
