Good: His efficiency when processing my payment in full !!!
Mr. Arnone is clearly incompetent, as it applies to the work he performed and the advice he gives. Critically he has no creditiblity when it comes to taking personal responsibility.. Bad: Mr. Arnone installed a new air conditioning system and a new tankless water heater system in June, 2010. Neither system is working. When I asked him to remedy my problem(s), "his reply was the weather created the lack of hot water problem, and the air conditioner...er, well he cryed it can't be my work it must be something or someone else's problem. However he said, for additional fee(s) I can evaluate your problems! ". Improvements: Remove all equipment. And, refund in full all monies paid to Mr. Arnone! Both systems were new and under six months old. Finally, for $7500 Mr. 'A' assured I would have two perfectly running systems!?. Other: Finally, for $7500 Mr Arnone assured I would hve two perfectly running systems. In stead each system does not function properly and he is unwilling to live up to his assurances. Very poor business practices. Absolutely NO integrity! "Caution" would be an understatement, when considering use of Mr Mike Arnone @ MJA Mechanical..
