When negotiating the price we couldn't come to an agreement, which is fine. However, at that point the Sales manager came over and said to forget it we already have someonelse for the vehicle. He then told the salemen not to bother with me. I had put money down which they did return and upon that return I found that they withdrew more money then the agreement.(Shady!). Then I tried to call the GM to try and thank him for the little help I got and to say sorry it didnt workout, only to be met with profanity and once again unprofessionalism. I would never reccomend this company to my worst enemy. Saybrook Ford of CT. is the true apitamy of a shady used car dealership..
