My friend was robbed at this salon. The tech accused her of being a customer who came to the store previously and did not pay. Her logic was that my friend looked just like the other customer. The lady didn't ask if my friend had been to the salon before or anything. She just charged her for two services at checkout and refused to refund the money. My friend had to call the police before the incident was resolved. Do not patronize this company! They are incompetent and money-hungry! Always, always check your receipts!!!
