Hi, last week I had two furnaces and one air conditioning unit installed at my home. The reason for this note is that I am pleasantly pleased how the entire job went down. From my first call, visit by Rob Minor and the installation by Robert, all went like clock work. The first sale call was informative without arm twisting. He just gave me the facts and cost; and on the subsequent visit, we signed the paper as on the previously agreed proposal. On the day of the installation, Robert and his partner arrived on the agreed time and proceeded to do their thing. They carefully covered the floors with tarps and proceeded with demolition without waking the sleeping granddaughter. From time to time, I would observe their work and I was impressed. They did it work quickly and always cleaned afterwards. As I stated previously, the project went like clockwork.
