I came with 19 people, occupying 14 rooms among us. This is the FIRST time I have taken a group to a hotel where there wasn't at least one or more people who would complain. Everyone LOVED this hotel, Loved the nightly free wine in the lounge, had a great time with the indian dances at night, and we all liked our rooms very much. The desk staff couldn't have been more attentive. One lady got quite ill (having come there with a pre-existing condition) and the hotel took her to the hospital and later, on a different day, to a pharmacy to get her meds. There are no taxis in Taos and the hotel took us all over in their van, when needed. We had several with cars, so it wasn't needed too often. They just went beyond what I expected, in many ways.
