I stayed at the Cavalier with a group of 6 ladies. We had a blast! The hotel always has someone on staff, which gave us a secure feeling coming in late at night. The Cavalier is located right on the beach on Ocean Drive, and has one of the most historically photographed facades, absolutely stunning! Steps away from the Versace Mansion, shopping, and literally a 5$ cab ride from pretty much anything you would want to see in South Beach. The staff knows the area well and is so friendly. What better way to find out the local hot spots, than the people who live there? The food was amazing! I have never eaten so many raw oysters in my life. Local fresh food, and a huge selection, with something for everyone. The rooms had huge closets, perfect for the dresses, shoes, and accessories that accompany 7 women! The sheets were comfortable and clean, I do not know how the staff removed all of the sand everyday, but every afternoon we came home to a spotless room!
