Berglund supposedly performed a recall repair on my car, however; I learned after becoming stranded a hundred miles from home that they had not actually done the work required by the recall. I had to have the car hauled back to my home & they refused to fix their mistake even though I had proof that the parts required by the recall had never been installed on my vehicle. On several occasions prior to this, service technicians blatantly lied to me regarding repairs that needed to be performed on my vehicle because they assume that women don't know anything about mechanical issues. I spent $100 on parts and repaired a small issue myself after they quoted several thousand dollars to replace multiple parts that "might be causing the problem" and "that might fix it". I'll never take a vehicle to Berglund's service department again!!!!
