Dr. Nigrelle and his 7 steps to dental health will stop your gums from bleeding and your teeth from decaying. With his 7 steps once a day, and normal brushing at the other brushing opportunity, you will learn to remove plaque completely from your mouth and stop tooth decay in its tracks. He is wonderful at crowns and root canals if you need them. He also is very competent with kids—my 5 and 8 year olds are flossing and stim-u-denting their teeth daily, and NO cavities!
