Do whatever it takes to keep Michael Fernandes! He's the best car salesperson I've ever interacted with. He understands both cars and people and knows that creating a relationship is what sells the car. Michael Fernandes is the perfect Sales Advisor. He's knowledgeable and a great communicator. Very service oriented. He made the whole experience a pleasure! Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to want to help me get the car I'd be happy with. Could not have been smoother. michael was willing to spend as much time as I needed to understand the features of my car and to get it set up to suit my needs. Santa Monica BMW is a beautiful place! Very comfortable and pleasant surroundings. Whoever takes care of your plants does a marvelous job. Michael called within 3 days to make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any further questions.
