I have this "thing" about going to the dentist. I've even put off having an abcess treated for 4 years because I dislike going to the dentist so much. This week I broke a tooth and HAD to go. I called the Dental Excellence office and was scheduled IMMEDIATELY. I arrived, was seen on time, was told exactly what was going on and what they needed to do and then they contacted my insurance company and explained exactly what my share of the cost would be - before committing me to anything. I experienced NO pain during the process of receiving a temporary crown and they scheduled my next appointment for me on the spot. Wish I had received that kind of treatment when I was a kid...maybe I wouldn't have such a phobia. Thank you Dental Excellence!
