Very nice and helpful staff, friendly and even though I did not buy an expensive espresso machine took time to talk to me about my options. This was a bit of a drive from Seattle but it was the business with the most choices and was easy to find and worth the drive. I had a Saeco machine for 20 years that had just given up and was dreading replacing it but the staff at Coffee Gear made it easy. I loved that they followed up with me the next day to make sure that all was fine and that I didn't have any problems or questions. Where does one get service like that anymore?
