Review content:
Phase 3 is a training facility for the Gary Manuel salon. It may be "trainees" but everyone there is quite skilled. They use high quality products such as Aveda and Bed Head. The decor is nothing to write home about but with cuts that starting at $30 - its a great value for the money so go get a cut and then walk down the street and enjoy the Pike Place Market.
