Review content:
When we lived in Coventry, this was the place to go to rent videos. It's right on a corner, impossible to miss, and has plenty of local color.
On the one hand, it's "just a video store" and has, as you'd expect, lots of videos (and a cool kids' corner). On the other hand, it's locally owned, and everyone is sincerely friendly. If you're in the area, there's no reason to avoid Vidstar. If not, it's probably not convenient - but step in anyway while you're in Coventry. It's clean and well-lit, which is all Hemingway could ask for.
Plus there's an awesome gumball machine where, if you get a foil-wrapped gumball, you win a free movie rental. This had me hooked growing up here.
