Review content:
While out of town, my cat was found to be puking blood. While I had never been to Mountain Ridge Animal Hospital before, they had been recommended to me. I had my catsitter start the drive to them, while I called ahead to give them my information and let them know the situation.
They refused to treat my cat without my signature. My cat sitters signature was not good enough. My verbal authorization was not good enough. When I told them that my cat was dying and needed immediate attention, they hung up on me.
My cat was taken to another vet, and a week later he is doing well and being his normal self. The immediate care that he received literally saved his life.
I would not trust these people with my enemies dog.
