Review content:
(read all) A nice kid came by and asked if we'd like to sign up with Rove. I said okay and I was going to be billed in such a way that whenever they came out they'd charge my card but that was the extent of it. There was no contract or anything like that. And yet, suddenly I do have a contract with them because when I canceled service (just didn't like their customer service, they were hard to reach/return calls) they sent me a bill for 178.20 for an early terminartion fee. This wasn't supposed to be a contract, and yet they put me in one. However, after contacting the owner by e-mail the situation was resolved in a very respectful manner. Apparently, the young man who came by, it was his first time to sign someone up so he didn't correctly follow procedure to show me I had signed up for a contract. I learned Rove will accomdate people who do want to "pay as you go." So, in the end, this is a decent company with areas in need of improvement just like any other.
