Review content:
Decided to go through Elhannon for an estate project I was working on which called for a mature birch grove (19 trees) and some specimen ornamentals (9 caliper). Over $20,000 in trees.
First they quoted me at 3 deliveries of nearly $1000 each. The day of delivery they called and said sorry it will be 5 deliveries and Im responsible for the cost. No only will it be extra deliveries, but they will not be there on the agreed upon date.
While unloading the last tree off the last truck, the tree was falling out of the root ball, unable to stand the tree up, period.
I called to discuss the best plan of action. Felicitys partner called me back (I have never met or spoke with this man before) and yelled at me over the phone blaming me for the tree. He called me a F***ing lier and said I had no F**ing clue what I was doing. Through the course him berating me he said F*** countless times. All of this after spending over $20,000 on trees and not having any complaints before hand. Stay far away
