We recently initiated a two-year agreement with Lamparelli for home heating oil delivery and oil burner service. Unfortunately, before we even signed the paperwork or got our first delivery, our oil burner started acting up (we had just moved into the house).
We called Lamparelli expecting them to not honor the oil burner service since we hadn't signed the papers yet or paid them anything for oil delivery. But to our surprise they sent someone out right away and fixed the burner for free!
Great service. We will stay with them as long as we own our house.
