We needed to have our muffler and exhaust replaced so we took our car to Twinsburg Goodyear. First, they quoted us at $75 more than another place but we decided to go there anyways due to the convience of them only being 5 minutes away. Then, they called us and said that there had been a chipmunk that had chewed some of the wiring underneath the car and wanted to charge us $90! to apply tape. When we asked them why it was so expensive, they claimed it would take an HOUR to do.......we said no. THEN, we went to go pick up the car and they said they had gotten misquoted on some of the parts and it was going to be $50 MORE than the original quote. They never called us either. He ACTUALLY even said that it happens all the time and most people are understanding. After explaining to him that I was not one of those people and literally announcing the situation to the other customers in the lobby, they were willing to charge us the original quoted amount. DON'T GO HERE.
