I’ve been to a number of Vietnamese Restaurants in and around St Louis, and Pho Grand is by far the best. The service and decor is top notch -- beating out Lemon Grass, and the food is consistently superb, which beats out Mi Lee's on Delmar -- I find their food often has too much cilantro and is sour. Pho Grand has a beautiful dining area with Vietnamese art and artifacts on the wall.
FOOD: The fried spring rolls are great and there is a variety of pescetarian and vegetarian options which are great. They are also very willing to accommodate to specific dietary needs.
