Review content:
My daughter and her friends have discovered the fun of dances. Many of her friends have started have dances to celebrate their birthday. Renting a hall can be very expensive though. A friend recommended that I rent the fire station for my daughter's birthday dance.
The cost to rent the station is $100 although $50 of that is refunded to you after the party if you have cleaned up and there is no damage.
We set up a strobe light and plugged in a boom box with some large speakers added. A couple of older kids played DJ and took requests from the party goers. We served cupcakes and drinks and passed out glow in the dark necklaces and bracelets. The kids had a blast! There were about 40 kids and room for plenty more.
