Review content:
Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM. There are so many other Spas in Atlanta!!!! I presented a gift certificate in which the hard copy read that it was less than a year old! They claimed that it was expired "and had been altered" and would not honor it. I spoke with a Rick in Corporate. He refused to honor the gift certificate but said he would give me $45 off a Series!!! Why would I give them any more money? He then sent me to Melanie Everhart? in HR. She was rude and said "thanks for your business and sorry for loss of your future business" after I told her that we provide Spa Sydell certificates to our clients! After I mentioned that my friend's 2006 gift certificate was honored - she said "we treat each case individually and different". Huh? She also misquoted the Gift Card act of 2005. Better Business bureau will be hearing about this.
