Businiess name:  Gandhi Appliances
Review by:  RK S.
Review content:
Gandhi Appliances has been operating on Devon Avenue, which is the Indian Market in Chicago, for many years. I remember going there as a kid to buy gifts for relatives in India. The reason we went there and not Best Buy was that they carry 220 voltage items which is what works overseas. The 220 volt appliances usually cost more and there are less deals available on these items. And those are the forte of stores like Gandhi Appliances. It is well stocked and feels more like a warehouse. The sales people are rushed and in a hurry to get you in and out. You can find a lot of stuff you would at a typical electronics store, but like I said, it's geared towards the overseas market.
