I was in a significant car accident Everything was very confusing. I first found the firm in the yellow pages, but, as there were others, I asked people that I know, and mentioned the names of possible attorneys to my own car accident insurance company agent and more importantly car accident adjuster, who all strongly recommended the Pines Firm. They said I hired a “great automobile accident lawyer! and they were dead-on).
Before hiring Michael Pines, I had been disgusted at the way the responsible party’s insurance company had treated me by not returning telephone calls, including hanging up on me in the middle of a reasonable question. So, I decided to get professional help and was pleased that these car accident attorneys did not charge me anything until there was a money result in my case.
I was able to get excellent medical care as a result of these attorneys and did not have to pay the doctor anything until my case was closed. I had limited health insurance and despite this, had access to and received excellent medical care.
I really “speak my mind” and received excellent communication from this law firm which included speaking to all staff members, attorneys were easy to get in touch with (I even talked to one attorney almost every day who was always kind, professional, and patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions). I was treated as a human being and they all made me feel special.
If I could, I would give my personal injury attorneys a 10 star rating out of 5 stars. So, if a friend, family members or others would get into my situation, I would not hesitate to strongly recommend these fine auto accident lawyers.
