Review content:
your review about buying a pair of earrings for your daughter and she lost the back. ok what i do not understand is why would the store be responsible to give away 20 dollars to you?? when you buy a car and you run out of gas do you get 20 dollars of free gas just because you bought a 40grand car?? NO! Any person with any business sense or common sense would know that if any company did this they would go out of business. and beyond that what is your review besides saying you have no knowledge of business when any jewelry store purchases their stock (the earrings) and sells it to you. more than half of that money goes to the vendor they got it from. and then most of the remainder goes to over head. (the box you got it in, wrapping paper, the sales people, safes etc) get some knowledge of what you are saying and leave a decent review. i do shop at at this jewelry shop and i have never had a problem. i must defend a business that has ignorant people like your self.
