Review content:
Faber Homes is the worst builder in the Rochester, NY area. Their homes are of poor quality and substandard workmanship. The main reason is that they subcontract all their work, the subs who are subject to threats and lawyer intimidation are too scared to fight back. The homeowner then gets the brunt of this anger from the subcontractor. The homes are full of mold after a few months and Faber will not fix problems with the homes.
DO NOT BUY FROM Faber Homes and save yourself the stress and headaches, don't be fooled by the promises; after you close on the deal, you will be on your own.
Electrical problems and faulty toilets are the norm, most homeowners don't want to confront the "lawyers" so they grumble to other homeowners.
THE WORST BUILDER I HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. Save your money and buy from Ryan Homes or another builder.
I would give a zero rating if it was possible, but the sit will not allow.
