Good: Nothing. Bad: It was like making an appointment with the Queen to get in for work. Forget getting a loaner car--the dance for that was too complicated. After having to jump through fantastic hoops to get our car in for warranty work, they would send it home with us unfinished so we'd have to go back through those hoops to get the work done. And even then, they'd 'forget' items. They even came back to haunt us when we needed a part--it was like pulling teeth to get them to deliver a part to Bothell.. Improvements: They need to go visit places like Honda of Bellevue to see how customers should be treated, and how to run a loaner vehicle service. With how long they take with their work, they NEED easy access to loaner vehicles. And freaking do the work they have on their contract to do!!!! How hard is it to actually perform the work you say you are going to do in writing??. Other: There are too many tales to tell of the ineptitude of this service department. I can only say that I am thankful my warranty is up--I can deal with better shops who actually care to have my business and who do what they say they are going to do..
