Good: I like that the plumber was able to come the same day, after normal working hours as for us it was a sewer back up that really couldn't wait.. Bad: We weren't kept informed as to how long it would be before the plumber arrived.. Improvements: While I understand that it is hard to predict exactly when a plumber will arrive it would be good to be told that he wasn't going to arrive in the original window. That being said I realise he doesn't want to stop what he is doing to answer phone enquiries about his whereabouts s0 not sure how you resolve that.. Other: Mike was worth waiting for. He was polite, efficient, took his time to explain the options and to do the job well and also to explain how we could avoid similar problems in the future. He even took time to pat the 'guard dog' !!.
