Review content:
After having a timing belt package in April 2010 for $700, my timing belt broke in Oct. 2010 after I had driven to work. I called Hennessy, spoke with Ed in the service dept, who told me I could bring the car to Honda Carland b/c it was closer. Ed agreed to honor the warranty work at Honda Carland. However, after the work was completed, Hennessy Honda then REFUSED to cover the cost. After speaking with Scott Baily, the service manager, he called me a liar and told me they would not cover any of the cost. I had to pay ANOTHER $700 dollars to have the car repaired. As a single mother, this was a HUGE hit to my pocket book, especially only 2 months from Christmas. In my opinion, Hennessy is a completely disreputable company and should be avoided at all cost!
