We really liked the fact that you guys were local and family owned. She assured me that all over her tech (family) were excellent in all fabric cleaning. The owner was very sweet on the phone. She made us feel very comfortable to try another one of your techs. When Jimmy came to clean our sofa we were just as happy with the cleaning. Bobby our main technician was not able to clean our carpets 2 days ago. He is the guy we always ask for when we order a carpet and upholstery cleaning. He wasn’t available the day we need upholstery cleaning. The owner was the one who answered the phone. She was very nice and explained to us that it is a family owned business. She told me that Bobby is her grandson. Thank you so much. We are very very happy to find a company like yours.
