I was treated at Body Works a while ago, but the other review on the billing problems prompted me to write. MONTHS went by before I received a bill, & then it was a total mess, impossible to read. Months later I finally received legible bill, but it was now clear they billed my insurance incorrectly which meant I had to pay double the copay & an additional $300. Because of the months it had taken them to get their billing straight, too much time that had passed & my insurer said it was too late to resubmit the claims. BODY WORKS really screwed me, showed no leniency or compassion, & I was coldly told that I would pay the balance or it would go to collections. Once I got it paid off, not trusting them, I requested written verifying that the acct was paid in full. Body Works completely ignored my request, REFUSING to even send a final bill showing a $0 balance. Unless you can pay for each treatment in cash & you don't mind dealing with incompetent management I suggest you go SOME WHERE ELSE.
