Wow...my husband and I took our truck in to have the brakes checked as we thought they were gripping and pulling to the left. We had noticed a wobble that concerned us as well. Our daughter recommended D&D and after speaking with Don, we made an appointment to bring our truck in that very afternoon.
We waited less than 2 minutes before Larry got to work checking out our pickup...and within 5 minutes he had identified the problem. A balance weight had broken off the front drivers' side tire. He showed my husband that our brakes were in good shape with at least 50% remaining life and additionally pointed out some front bushing wear that would require some attention in the future. We were impressed with both the way in which Larry quickly diagnosed the real problem and with his friendly, efficient manner. He was not patronizing nor impatient in any way, taking time to answer our questions and making sure we understood the exact nature of the situation with our vehicle.
These guys at D&D are as rare as hen's teeth in this day of corporate greed and franchise indifference. We will tell EVERYONE we know about the service we received there.
Oh, and by the way...after all of that...we were not charged one dime for the brake check or diagnosis. AMAZING.
If you want honesty, integrity, and expertise all in one...take your vehicle to D&D. No wonder there are so many positive reviews. They've earned them!
