The same gal checked us in and out. She was friendly and very courteous with a smile on her face. Believe me, that means a lot sine we traveled 6 hours on t he road. We had a leaky toilet in our room and she immediately offered us another room which worked our fine. Being the hotel was pretty well booked for the weekend due to a marathon race, it meant a lot to us for her to be able to offer us another room. We do not care for the " camper toilets" that are in the bathrooms, but otherwise everything was fine
