I was shopping for my first owned vehicle. I was not sure what I wanted completely but had a few ideas. Derek was great with helping and answering questions. I never once felt pressured to purchase he just wanted me to have all the information to make an informed decision. He showed patience with me while I debated about making this next step for my life. The team at Mazda helped to find me a very low interest rate for my loan which I greatly appreciated. When working with Napoleon, he was informative as well. He explained everything in terms that I would understand to make sure I had all the information that I needed. I was shopping for this car with my parents but it was a purchase made only by me. I felt very respected throughout the process. Both Derek and Napoleon spoke directly to me and answered my questions whereas others I had worked with around town had spoken only to my father. I would highly recommend these two individuals to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used car!
