Review content:
The staff make this hotel enjoyable. I misbooked for a smoking room, I also requested a 1st floor room due to limited mobility of my father who was traveling with us. A hotel staff called my house on the morning of our trip to let me know they had no 1st floor smoking rooms. That's when I discovered my error. The woman who called changed my reservation to a nonsmoking room. We had a 1st floor room right in front of the handicap parking. They were doing major painting during our stay but the desk clerk came to our room to coordinate with us. The woman who takes care of the breakfast area does a great job. Biggest problem - I forgot my swim suit to enjoy the pool.
