Review content:
Surf City Chem Dry advertised a $159.95 price to clean the whole house up to "X" many feet. When they arrived we had everything moved outside and the lights were off so it was hard to see as I had just returned home from dropping the kids off at school. The first words out of their mouth was "Oh, this is really dirty". They could only see one room but being in sales I sensed that tone (Here comes the bait and switch in my opinion). Yup, it was going to be a whole lot more than they advertised and they only saw one room where the blinds were closed and the lights were off. Not wanting to be ripped off but rather to just pay the advertised amount I sent them on their way. Another local Chem Dry company will be by later this morning to do the job. AVOID*** Surf City Chem Dry if you want a value in service and professional standards and ethics.
