Buyers Beware - KJ Construction of Marlboro, NJ - Nightmare to work with - He took our 2nd level All maintenance free deck out from a 3 week project to a 3 month project then walked and left us with a destroyed yard, partially built deck and his resoning was he could not make any money on our project. Yet he Bid the project along with 7 other contractors and we chose Keith Johnson due to his claims to be a dedicated hands on contractor. He took on many other jobs at the same time as our project and would only show up for a few hours at a time. He left many parts of the deck partially done and it cost us thousands to get somebody to fix his work and finish the deck. Buyers Beware - Make sure to get a signed contract that includes complete timelines and Only pay once Keith Johnson actually completes the whole phase he is asking to be paid for. If he starts to not show up call them on the carpet. He has a large list of Lies of why they are not at your Job.
